1. Use of the directory
The Agency Association directory is provided as a resource for finding and evaluating marketing agencies. Listings are compiled from public sources and owner submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing content, though we make reasonable efforts to verify agencies through our membership process.
2. Listing submissions
By submitting an agency listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the agency. We reserve the right to remove or reject listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.
3. Claiming and verification
Claiming a listing requires verification of agency ownership, typically by matching your email domain. Manual review may apply. Verified Member status is granted upon installation of the member badge and may be revoked if the badge is removed.
4. Limitation of liability
The Association is not liable for the quality of services provided by listed agencies, nor for outcomes of business relationships formed through the directory. Users should perform their own due diligence.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
